Marietta High School Students Receive Technology Scholarship
This week, Marietta High School students were presented with laptops from the Kiwanis Club of Marietta.
As a part of the Kiwanis Technology Center initiative, Kiwanis, in partnership with MHS, focuses on raising the academic success of students by closing the digital divide between those that have access to technology at home and those that do not.
In addition to staff recommendation, students are expected to maintain a grade-point-average of at least 2.5 and stay on track for graduation.
During the ceremony, students not only received laptops but also received technology and software training.
